Make your own flavoured yogurts

Simply take some plain natural, skyr, or low fat Greek yogurt and add some fruit for your own healthy, delicious flavours. Try some of these great combinations and then let your imagination run wild!

Although the pre-packaged yogurts found in supermarkets can be convenient for busy families, many flavoured yogurts contain added sugar. Surprisingly some can contain up to 4 added sugar cubes. Eating less added sugar can help protect your child from tooth decay, an unhealthy weight and other health issues.

Get the kids involved!

Letting your kids choose the ingredients and get involved in making the yogurts, can be a really fun way to teach them about different fruits and give them some healthy habits for the future.

There are so many different tasty flavour combinations you can try together until you find your child’s favourite.

To get started you just need to choose what type of plain yogurt you’d like and get a few things together. You will need:
